Los autores que se dan cita en estas páginas confluyen en una misma pasión crítica y emocional: seguir la estela que dejan los poemas cuando deciden volverse sobre sí mismos, abriendo ese espacio auto­rreferencial tan esquivo como seductor… Porque la lírica ha sido quizás el género que primero exhibió el hechizo autorreflexivo, poniendo en abismo todo su andamiaje constructivo. Los núcleos del consabido triángulo metapoético (poeta, poema, poesía) son ángulos que el texto aborda y fatiga, sin prescindir de los afectos y sensaciones que el propio discurrir metateórico desencadena. He ahí el poder de la metapoesía. No es una mera coartada para huir del mundo; es un desafío para plantarse frente a él mostrando sus cartas. Su poder consiste en elevar a otra condición e instancia expresiva una reflexión que la exposición argumental y razonada no agota nunca. He aquí el sentido y necesidad de este libro. Abstract
This book brings together scholars who explore a shared critical and emotional interest: tracing how poems turn inward and create elusive, self-referential spaces. Lyric poetry is seen as the genre that first revealed this reflexive power, examining the dynamic between poet, poem, and poetry while engaging both thought and feeling. Metapoetry is presented not as an escape, but as a way to confront reality, elevating reflection beyond purely rational discourse and affirming its expressive necessity.
