El presente volumen conjuga su interés por la representación de la figura autoral en las artes visuales –en un contexto presidido por la tensión entre su difuminación y afirmación– con otro más amplio por las formas autorreflexivas, de las cuales ese fenómeno es solo un ejemplo. Estudiamos la autorrepresentación en el fenómeno cinematográfico en su amplia diversidad: desde la obra de reconocidos autores pasando por las narrativas postclásicas hasta llegar a las propuestas más postcinematográficas.

Abstract
This volume combines its focus on the representation of the authorial figure in the visual arts—within a context marked by the tension between its blurring and affirmation—with a broader interest in self-reflexive forms, of which this phenomenon is just one example. We examine self-representation in the cinematic phenomenon in all its diversity: from the works of renowned auteurs, through post-classical narratives, to the most post-cinematic proposals.
